Adhesives — added automatically on glue-down floors

Glue-down hardwood / engineered, glue-down LVP / LVT (same adhesive as carpet tile: Mohawk A700), glue-down carpet and carpet tile each get adhesive added to the quote: floor SF ÷ coverage, rounded up to whole units, priced from RollMaster cost plus margin. Pick the RollMaster product and the coverage for each; add a manufacturer-specific adhesive where one exists.
